Baltimore City Busted Mugshots is a private reference site with no government ties. It does not store official records, confirm whether someone is in custody, secure anyone's release, submit public-record requests, or file court papers.

Its pages point readers toward Baltimore City and Maryland government resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. Those links and tools are starting points, not official answers from the Baltimore Police Department, DPSCS, BCBIC, the Sheriff's Office, or the courts.
